Using the CrashPlan Platform console

It is possible for individual users to install the agent manually on their own devices.

1. Sign in to the CrashPlan Platform console.

2. Click the gear-shaped icon at the top of the navigation and click Download Agent.

3. Click the option for your OS and download the installer.

4. Run the installer.
