CRASHPLAN BACKUP FOR AGENTS - INSTALLATION GUIDE

Acquiring installer files

You will need installer files to upload to your deployment tool of choice. To get the CrashPlan Platform installer, file a support ticket at support.crashplan.com with the following information:

• Product : Your purchased product.

• Cloud name : Unique deployment name (from the URL).

• Email ID : One admin email ID from the deployment.

• Storage type : OD4B/Azure/Google Drive etc.
