Reports
The Reports section provides access to reports that help you monitor backup and restore activity for Microsoft Entra ID.
The following reports are available:
Backup Overview
Use the Backup Overview report to view a summary of backup activity and the current backup status for your Microsoft Entra ID environment.
The report provides an overview of the data protected by CrashPlan and helps you monitor backup activity across your configured tenants.
Backup History
Use the Backup History report to review completed and previous backup activities.
The report helps you:
View backup job history.
Check the status of backup operations.
Identify successful, failed, or incomplete backup jobs.
Review backup activity for the selected Microsoft Entra ID tenant.
Restore History
Use the Restore History report to review restore operations performed for Microsoft Entra ID data.
The report helps you:
View completed and previous restore operations.
Check the status of restore jobs.
Monitor successful or failed restore activities.
Review the history of data restored from your Microsoft Entra ID backups.
The information displayed in each report depends on the available backup and restore activity for the selected Microsoft Entra ID tenant.
