Accessing and Restoring Archived Files from OneDrive

To access the archived files from OneDrive:

1. Click the stubbed URL file from OneDrive.
2. Verify that the user is redirected to the CrashPlan login page.

Default Login Method

• Microsoft SSO authentication
• Account selection popup appears automatically

Access Archived OneDrive Files

Alternative Login Method

1. Close the Microsoft login popup.
2. Click Login with credentials.
3. Enter CrashPlan credentials.

After logging into CrashPlan console, perform the required action:

Viewing File

1. Click View.
2. Verify the file opens inside a modal window.
3. Click OK or Close after review.

Downloading File

1. Click Download.
2. Verify the file downloads successfully to the local device.

Restoring File

1. Click Restore.

2. Verify the file is restored to its original OneDrive/SharePoint location.

3. Confirm the file:

   • Returns to its original format
   • Restores to original file size
   • Opens normally in OneDrive

4. Verify the success confirmation message appears:
