Signing in to CrashPlan Platform

To configure settings and view information inside the CrashPlan Platform for Microsoft 365 console, administrators must sign in to the CrashPlan portal with valid credentials. The CrashPlan team will provide new administrators with the required credentials.

1. Navigate to the link provided by the CrashPlan team (or your administrator if you are an end user). This is usually in the format of:

• https://prod-portal-in.crashplan.com/custname-cloudname/portal/ - India region
• https://prod-portal-uae.crashplan.com/custname-cloudname/portal/ - UAE region
• https://prod-portal-use.crashplan.com/custname-cloudname/portal/ - East US region
• https://prod-portal-ffm.crashplan.com/<custname-cloudname/portal/ - FFM region

2. Enter your username, then click Submit.

• If Active Directory (AD) is integrated, then the sign in ID is the AD username and its respective password.
• If Azure Active Directory is integrated, then authentication is done through the Single Sign-On (SSO) and the system acquires the session from Microsoft.

3. If prompted, enter your password and click Login.

Reset your password

After entering your username and clicking Submit, you can click Reset My Password to have a link sent to your email address.

The link will bring you to a Password Reset page, where you’ll be prompted to enter a new password. When you’re done, click Submit, then return to the sign-on page.
